The Sandbeds

On Monday the 30th September 2019, Class 3 walked to the Barnfield Sandbeds. It was a sunny forest. We walked until we got to the pond. Then we went pond dipping and we found all sorts of animals and tiny bugs and tweeting birds. There was green goo and horrible stuff in the pond and slugs were in there. It was fun to watch them crawl around.

We went to the Sandbeds on a school trip. We have been learning about plants and animals in our local area. We walked around the Sandbeds to experience the plants and animals in our local area. We really enjoyed the pond dipping and nature walk.
